1. Premium Promotional Services Architecture

Yandaz offers a dynamic range of Premium Services ("Premium Services") designed to optimize ad visibility, lead generation, and user engagement. These services are optional and intended to amplify the reach of your announcements beyond standard organic listings.

Detailed specifications regarding the **Service Validity Period**, real-time pricing (in GHS), and placement logic are maintained at yandaz.com/premium-services. It is your responsibility to review these details prior to every purchase.

2. Payment Protocols & Data Security

Yandaz integrates with industry-leading payment processors to ensure a frictionless and secure financial experience. Available methods include:

• Mobile Money (MoMo): MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AT Money.
• Bank Cards: Full support for GH-Link cards, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Digital Wallets & Bank Transfers: Direct Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) via secure checkout portals.

Data Privacy: Yandaz does not directly store, process, or transmit full credit card or MoMo PIN data. You will be redirected to an encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a secure transaction token indicating payment success or failure.

3. Finality of Sale & Non-Refundable Nature

Unless mandated by the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Ghana, all payments for Premium Services are final and non-refundable. You explicitly agree to the following:

• No Prorated Refunds: If you deactivate an ad or mark it as "Sold" before the Boost Plan or Top Ad duration expires, no partial refund will be issued.
• Violation Penalties: If an announcement is removed due to a breach of our Terms of Use or Prohibited Items Policy, any associated premium fees are forfeited immediately.
• Expectation Disclaimer: Yandaz provides visibility tools; we do not guarantee sales, clicks, or specific conversion rates. Lack of buyer interest does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. The Yandaz Credits Ecosystem

Yandaz Credits ("Credits") are platform-specific digital units purchased via GHS. They serve as a streamlined method for internal payments.

4.1 Credit Valuation: 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 Ghanaian Cedi (GHS 1.00). Credits have no monetary value outside Yandaz and do not constitute actual currency or property.

4.2 Validity & Expiration: Credits must be consumed within 12 months of the purchase date. Failure to utilize Credits within this period results in automatic expiration without notice. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or converted to cash.

4.3 Transferability: Credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or gift Credits to other accounts. Any attempt to "broker" Credits outside our official channels will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Referral Program & Bonus Management

Users may earn Referral Bonuses by inviting new, unique users to the platform. A referral is deemed "Valid" only if the referred party completes account creation and verifies their identity via SMS/OTP.

• Usage Limits: Referral Bonuses can be applied toward the purchase of Premium Services or Mobile Airtime Recharges.
• Fraud Prevention: Yandaz utilizes advanced AI to track device IDs and network patterns. Creation of multiple accounts for referral "farming" is a criminal act under our policy and will lead to legal reporting to authorities.
• Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any personal income tax obligations that may arise from significant earnings via Referral Bonuses.

6. Suspension & Forfeiture

Yandaz reserves the right to freeze or forfeit all digital balances (Credits and Bonuses) if we suspect:

1. Account inactivity exceeding 365 days.
2. Breach of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
3. Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent acquisition of Credits.
4. Actions that damage the reputation or technical integrity of the Yandaz Service.
